Brandon Woodman
Brandon comes to New Image Roofs, LLC with 20 years of professional/corporate sales and management experience. After being in the roofing industry for several years, Brandon decided it was time to open his own company and roof the “Right Way”. With help from his partners, New Image Roofs, LLC has become a reality. New Image Roofs, LLC strives to break the mold and bring solution-based roofing to the industry.
Brandon has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Technical Communications from Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, GA.
Brandon’s education, experience, dedication and training are a valuable asset to his customers. Brandon uses his exceptional negotiating skills, attention to detail, customer service and knowledge of the industry to successfully help and guide his customers through the restoration process. Brandon understands what it takes to get the job done and will go the extra mile for his customers every time.
Brandon enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Lucy, and two wonderful kids.
Marty Leddy
Marty enjoyed working in corporate America for many years, but over time realized his entrepreneurial spirit had something else in store. Searching for a way to help his community, the roofing industry provided the opportunity he was searching for. Guidance and help from church members, family, and friends, has been a blessing in making New Image Roofs, LLC a reality.
Marty pledges to bring his professionalism, respect of every homeowner’s time, and a quality of excellence to everyone he encounters.
Marty has lived in Cobb County his entire life and is proud of his local roots. After attending Harrison High School, Marty graduated from Kennesaw State University. He has been married to his wife, Abbie, since 2003 and they have two beautiful children.
Tommy Cousens
Tommy grew up around the construction world while his dad owned his own construction company. He knew from a young age that he loved the industry and always hoped to one day own his own company. Alongside friends Brandon and Marty, that dream came true. These three friends shared a common vision of what it took to be the best roofing company in the state of Georgia when they created New Image Roofs, LLC.
Tommy was born and raised in Gwinnett County and moved to Texas his Junior year of high school. After high school Tommy spent the next four years at The University of North Texas. He now lives in Paulding County with his family. He married his high school sweetheart Nicole in 2006 and they have three amazing kids. In his free time he enjoys coaching his kids, fishing, playing golf, being outdoors and watching his Atlanta Braves.
Chip Phillips
Chip comes from a background in residential and commercial construction. Having been raised in West Cobb, he is familiar to many local families and has a knowledge based on years of experience operating in the area. He is a licensed general contractor with a strong knowledge of building codes and best practices in the industry. He has worked in construction for over 20 years and has owned his own remodeling company.
Chip grew up playing ball at Oregon Park, hiking trails at Kennesaw Mountain, and attended Riverside Military Academy in Gainesville, Georgia. After graduating from Young Harris College, he found his passion in custom woodworking and his desire to provide superior quality and satisfaction to every customer that he worked with.
Years of customer interaction has driven him to strive to do his very best to satisfy every customer on every job with a passion for excellence. He brings this passion to New Image Roofs and pledges to make every experience exceptional for his customers.
Chip is married to his wife Brittney and they live in Paulding County with their two wonderful children. He enjoys spending time with family, watching football, cooking, and is heavily involved locally with the Boy Scouts of America as both a leader and Cub Master.
Heath Ashworth
Heath comes to New Image Roofs after a 20 year career in various roles in the technology world. Some of which include Corporate Retail Sales, Account Management, and as a General Manager. After a personal tragedy struck his family he needed a career change that would both support his family and provide a better work life balance so he can raise his two beautiful kids. After a friend reached out that had also transitioned to the Roofing Industry, the rest is history. He has been in roofing sales for the past 5 years.
Heath chose to partner with New Image Roofs due to the integrity, shared beliefs, and vision both he and the leadership at New Image Roofs share of providing excellent service to his customers. He is a life long native of Rome, GA and loves to meet new people and help them with their roofing needs.
When he is not working he loves to travel and spend time with his family.
Brandon Mims
Brandon started in the Construction industry 5 years ago and has been in roofing sales for the past several years. He has vast experience across all lines of construction. Brandon is also in the fire service and has served since 2010.
When Brandon is not helping his wonderful customers he enjoys all outdoor sports and activities with friends.
Brandon has been married to his beautiful wife Erin since 2008 and they have 2 children. They reside in Dallas Ga and attend Four Points Church.
Pete Costello
Greetings I am Pete Costello. I have been with New Image Roofs since the beginning of 2021. I am a family man living in Dallas Ga, and have been a Paramedic for the last 18 years. My wife is an elementary school teacher, a profession that she has enjoyed for the past 20 years. We have two children who are engaged in sports and video games. Our family enjoys traveling as a group hobby mostly to warm sunny places with beaches.
I was a client of the owners of New Image Roofs several years ago, I was honored to join them at New Image because of the level of service they provided me when helping me with my roof. I look forward to serving you with your roofing needs in a manner that is professional, kind, and attentive.
Adam Zeller
Adam comes to New Image Roofs excited and eager to help you trade your old beat up roof for one that is truly first class. With multiple years in professional sales and construction Adam has honed his craft to help differentiate the different forms of damage seen on the roof and how to best deliver these findings to your insurance provider if necessary.
He also has a huge love for animals and spent many years as a dog trainer before entering the world of construction. When Adam is not working he can be found traveling with his wife and new baby girl, usually to somewhere sandy with an ocean breeze.
Darien Norton
Hello world! Darien here! I came on board to New Image Roofs by way of sheer luck. I previously worked in the insurance realm of roofing and construction and received word that New Image was in search of an Executive Assistant to oversee their in-house position and it has been a blast ever since. Working with a team of individuals who believe in standing on strong morals and values has been most rewarding and fulfilling. New Image has changed my vision of the roofing industry and what it means to provide quality workmanship and customer service at the turn of every corner.
A little about me! I have a love for all things health and wellness and love teaching others different ways to be health conscientious. I have studied and worked with the youth around the Metro Atlanta loop and take joy in giving back to my community. In my spare time I enjoy cooking and trying new foods, practicing yoga and sharpening my minds eye with an array of books and music. Since working here I have adapted the model that my greatest currency is the positive energy and light I can pass along to others by way of good conversation and long lasting memories.
Claire Cooley
Claire has always had a passion for helping and serving others. After graduating from Kennesaw State University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services. She worked with several small businesses which allowed her to make connections within her immediate community and help grow her passion and skills of superior customer service.
She came on board with New Image Roofs, LLC in January 2022 and finally feels at home. She is thrilled to be working for a company with ethical standards, professionalism, and where she can be outdoors and help others at the same time.
Claire has always been a resident of Cobb County and would love to assist homeowners in her surrounding area with an honest inspection and estimate of their roof. She puts a delightful and positive spin on the roofing industry and will go above and beyond to meet her clients needs.
When Claire isn’t working you can find her in the great outdoors camping, hiking, and fishing. She also loves hanging out with family and friends or cooking and baking.
Andrew Latessa
Andrew has been working in corporate America for the past 21 years and driven by the desire to be back involved in the private sector and an industry he has a passion for, the opportunity to be part of a business with New Image’s values and integrity is very exciting.
Originally from Australia, Andrew settled in Chicago after traveling through Europe and eastern Canada. Chicago is where he met his wife and is the reason why he made Chicago home.
Andrew operated his own painting business for 5 years prior to entering the corporate America environment in project management and supply chain areas. Relocation with his employment brought Andrew and family to Atlanta in 2019.
Studying business management in Australia with continued education in the US, Andrew has certifications in the following areas, six sigma green belt, change management practitioner, certified sourcing professional and an accreditation in procure-to-pay management.
Andrew enjoys outdoor activities taking advantage of Georgia’s weather, sports, mountains, and water. Andrew and Diane have 2 children and live in Powder Springs.
Stevie Crider Jr.
Stevie comes to New Image Roofs with 10+ years of corporate sales and management experience. After 22 years of being away from the town he grew up in, he decided it was time to move his family back to his roots. After speaking to his good friend Brandon Woodman he knew he had to be a part of what is going on at New Image Roofs. His family has been a part of Powder Springs and the surrounding areas for generations and that is something he is very proud of. He is looking forward to leaving his own footprint on his community.
Stevie has a degree in Business Management from Andrew College and a degree in Wildlife Management from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.
Stevie is an award winning poet. He has also written a theme song for an outdoor television show as well as the advertising song for a national restaurant chain. Stevie is also a scratch golfer. He is married to the love of his life, former Nashville recording artist Ryn Crider. He has 3 children, Stephen, Cade, and Harlow.
Stevie’s ability to connect to people through conversation allows him to bring a unique experience to his customers. He truly cares for people and will stop at nothing to make sure everyone throughout the restoration process is taken care of.
In his spare time he hunts, fishes, and plays a lot of golf.
Lori Partin
Lori Partin joined NIR in 2022 to provide administrative services. Over the past 20+ years, Lori has supported businesses ranging from 1 to 10,000+ employees. She has worked in a variety of departments: Administrative Support, Customer Service, Finance Management, IT support, Sales, Hiring & Onboarding, Operations Management, Training, and Logistics. Lori is excited to bring her talents to NIR to help us better serve our clients.
Lori was born and raised in Georgia and graduated with honors from the University of North Georgia. She has lived in Covington, Dahlonega, Alpharetta, and now Powder Springs; giving her a familiarity with many of the areas we cover. She has been happily married to her husband Daryl since 2004 and they have three awesome children together.
Chad Cannon
Chad Cannon started working for New Image Roofs in the middle of 2023. He’s been in Powder Springs his entire life and has owned his own landscaping business for the past 14 years. He has also been on staff at various churches in the area on and off for the past 23 years.
He’s married to his wife Shera since 2000, but dated her for NINE YEARS (commit already haha). He has three kids: Indie, Cooper and Aven. He loves playing any kind of sport and exercising.
Jimmy Lawless
Jimmy was born and raised in Paulding County. He has spent the last 12 years in the landscaping industry. From maintenance, installation, and irrigation to managing operations and sales, Jimmy has excelled in every avenue. Through hard work and dedication (and the help of his friends), Jimmy has taken on a new challenge in the roofing and construction field. Being dependable, professional and performing high-quality work remains the top priorities and he welcomed the opportunity to grow in his career.
He is married with two children and grew up playing baseball in East Cobb. He has allowed his passion for baseball to follow him into adulthood. When he is not working, he is coaching locally for Canes Sports Performance. He loves working with the youth and helping to develop them not only as athletes but as valued members of our community. His humble demeanor allows him to connect with customers while delivering a professional product with every project. His focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail are a welcomed asset to New Image Roofs.
Stephen Harris
Stephen comes to New Image Roofs, LLC with 10 years of roofing and insurance experience. After being in the insurance field for 10 years, Stephen joined New Image Roofs, LLC. After working with them on many roof claims he noticed how New Image Roofs, LLC treated their customers and their attention to detail on every job. Knowing that this is how customers should be treated, he happily joined the team in 2022. Stephen is also a local Firefighter and has served his community since 2008.
Stephen has lived in Georgia his entire life and grew up in Marietta. After attending McEachern High School, he went to work with his dad to help run the family business at West Georgia Alarm Company. This taught him the importance of hard work and dedicated customer service. When the company was sold, Stephen went to work as an engineer for Big Creek Wastewater Treatment before joining the Fire Department in 2008.
Stephen has been married to his beautiful wife Dawn since 2004 and they have two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, fishing, watching football (Go Dawgs) and attending his kids many sporting events.
Brian Hester
Jason Wimberly
Jason joined the New Image Roofs team starting in January of 2024. Jason spent the last five years in Insurance. Four of those five years were as an Insurance Agent/Owner. Before Insurance Jason spent 8 years in sales and management in Corporate America. Jason has a bachelors degree in Business Administration and he also played collegiate baseball for 4 years.
Jason has been married for 14 years and is the father of 4 children. He enjoys anything family, has a passion for his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and staying in shape.
Jason’s desire is that the customer feels like family and the experience he provides goes up and beyond the clients expectations. Jason is excited to serve you and your family!

Chris Aldrich
Chris comes to New Image Roofs, LLC with 10+ years of business management and entrepreneurial experience, as well as a background in carpentry. Chris graduated from Fork Union Military Academy and met his wife, Kristina, while attending Marshall University in Huntington, WV. They own and operate “Aldrich Home”, a boutique home market in Senoia, Ga and love helping others furnish and decorate their homes.
Chris has an eye for detail as well as an understanding of what it means to provide excellent customer service. He pledges to go the distance for his customers and make sure their needs are always met with consistency and professionalism!
Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, friends, and two boys. His youngest plays travel baseball. Chris is an amateur woodworker, enjoys fishing, and is an avid Braves fan.
Tucker Griffith
Tucker joined New Image Roofs in January of 2024. He has been a firefighter since 2022 and decided it was time to not only help his community in the fire service but also in the roofing industry.
Tucker grew up in the West Cobb area where he attended Hillgrove High School. In his off time he enjoys live music, sports and anything outdoors, especially bow hunting.
Nick Dyke
Hello, I am Nick Dyke. I am from West Monroe, Louisiana. I moved to Cobb County in 2018. I have spent the past 5 years in residential construction. I started with New Image in August 2023. I knew it was time to start in the roofing industry when I met New Image, due to their strong moral values. I am looking forward to serving each customer with quality customer service.
I am married to my wife, Krista. We have been together for 7 years. In our free time, we enjoy being on the lake, traveling and fitness.
