This company is the best.  I had some places in my gutters that had come loose. They came out right away and fixed them.  They had not installed the gutters, but a while back they added gutter guards.  They did not charge me anything for the fix. From the moment, I opened the front door and saw a well groomed and dressed representative from New roofs and painting, I felt comfortable talking about our need for a new roof. I always felt that you could learn a lot about a company by the way they kept their trucks and how their personnel presented themselves. New Image from the moment we met, discussed requirements, and concluded our meeting, definitely exceeded my expectations. They showed up on time ready to work with all the components and requirements needed and replaced our roof in one day. Marty, who was the first one I met that day at our door came by a number of times checking on progress, he introduced me to their project manager and supervisor, and I was amazed by the number of people involved. The work was performed by professionals. The work was checked by management, the work was outstanding. Never had an issue on any aspect of this job and have said more than once how pleased we were and that we had the opportunity to work with this First class Company. It’s never about Price. I had another roofer come out and tell me I needed a brand new roof. A friend told me to call Marty at New image. Marty was extremely professional and put me on the calendar while I was still on the phone with him. After coming out to view the roof he was able to get the repairs done for less than $1500. I love finding great company’s who are honest and actually show up on time. I would suggest them to any one looking for a roof or roof repair.
